Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on the "Add to Basket" button for any items that you wish to purchase. This will place them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic email response, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery notes should be signed "unexamined". In the event of breakage or short delivery, we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. Please accept the delivery - DO NOT refuse it - sign the delivery note "Breakage" and contact us immediately.
Delivery Schedule
We expect to deliver within 7 working days to the UK Mainland. Deliveries are not made on weekends or UK national holidays. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order. We will endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period, however we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items in circumstances outwith our control including, but not limited to, delay caused by the carrier, customs or whatever. Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 28 days, please contact us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you or endeavour to offer a suitable substitution. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the items. We will refund the full amount to you within 5 days, beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. We will confirm your preferred refund method by email.

Returns Policy
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our returns address within 14 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted. Any goods returned after the 14 day period will incur a 10% handling charge. No goods will be accepted for return after 28 days of receiving. Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this internet site. Whilst we endeavour to thoroughly test all hardware products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitability are purely subjective.
